@NationalHways Shambolic M1 closure at Jct 8 after it merges with M25, with 7 lanes pinched into one! Conflicting roadsigns of red Xs, white arrows and 50mph gave no indication M1 was actually shut! 1.5hr trip took 4hrs after Wembley night game. A warning may have helped?!

@NationalHways Thanx, Jamie. Ur work is crucial & appreciated & I don’t envy ur teams working thru nights. My gripe tho is minimal and misleading signage and 7 lanes of traffic left to fight it out between themselves for one open lane at 1am

@BBCNorthampton A Saints legend! I remember him as a Tom Wood-style, give 100-per-cent-every-game kind of player. As a rookie sports reporter at the time, I also found him very helpful. Great choice as President and thoroughly deserved!

@ChronandEcho Proof again that we were conned! We reluctantly accepted the road and loss of the Firs for a ‘bypass’. A 30mph single carriageway confirms that was never the intention and it’s just an access road for new homes, creating not relieving traffic
