At first, i didn't get it, but after the stream, I really processed it, and I thought to myself…

So, robotics companies in the U.S. are spending obscene amounts of money on R&D to ship robots that take an eternity to perform tasks that humans can do within seconds?

It also made me question their priorities in robotics fr 🤔

Are we building robots to truly deliver value, or just to look impressive in demos?

Interestingly, that question sparked a broader debate on why solving perception, not locomotion or manipulation, is the more viable route to deployment.
