@Tesla@elonmusk please do something about the Tesla service. I brought my model X for warranty work regarding falcon wings ( Tesla Phoenix) . They fixed everything but the bpillar replacement which they didn’t have stock of. They setup a mobile appointment with Tesla Mesa but upon bringing my car there they want to charge me for warranty work. I showed the lady that the Tesla Phoenix was going to fix it for free as it was warranty related and showed this message . The lady put the cost to $0 and then asked her manager who wants to put the charge back on . I am missing work for something Tesla should have taken care of in the first place and not make go through 100 hoops and then asking me to pay for it on top. I bought two Tesla recently for technology but the service is completely missing the mark here.

@teslaenergy@elonmusk I've been pushing hard to get my Tesla Solar system activated before year-end to qualify for the 30% federal tax credit (which expires Dec 31, 2025).
After countless emails and calls, I'm finally at the final inspection stage. I paid the full amount via ACH—the funds have cleared, and the Tesla app shows "payment submitted."
Yet today I received an email claiming the payment isn't complete. This delay risks missing the deadline and losing the tax credit.
I've been unable to reach anyone at Tesla Energy for clarification. Please help resolve this urgently!
Here was the headache I went through to buy model X a week ago. Here is the link to my tweet with the frustration: https://t.co/ynF3cXu2xL. Finally they resolved the matter after I let them know I posted this on X . I am buying Tesla solar panels for my roof — hopefully I am not going to go through the same headache
@elonmusk@Tesla After months of research, I decided to purchase a 2026 Tesla Model X, but unfortunately, the buying process has been extremely frustrating. I financed the purchase and went to the Tesla dealership (about 50 minutes from my home) to pick up the car.
The problems started when the online payment system failed because Tesla only accepts Plaid-compatible banks — and Fidelity Investments is not supported. I was then given wire instructions, which listed two different account numbers depending on whether my bank was classified as an investment or a traditional bank.
After countless texts back and forth, I eventually had to point out a note in the instructions before someone at Tesla finally confirmed which account number to use. I then wired a large sum of money to Tesla. However, when I asked for confirmation that the funds were received, I was told they still hadn’t, which is concerning. I was later informed I could take delivery of the car if I provided proof of disbursement, but this morning I was again told that Tesla still hasn’t received my wire.
Naturally, this is alarming, as it involves a significant amount of money. I requested that Tesla call me immediately, but no one has reached out — and Tesla does not provide a direct phone number for me to call.
I had very high hopes for this company, but now I’m deeply worried that my money has been lost and I still cannot pick up my car. Please help resolve this issue as soon as possible.
