📢 OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT – PI NETWORK CÔTE D'IVOIRE (PNCI)

Today marks a historic milestone for our community.

During an important meeting with the Pioneers of Côte d'Ivoire on our Official Telegram Group, a major announcement was made:

The National Bureau of Pi Network Côte d'Ivoire has now been officially established as an association under the name: Pi Network Côte d'Ivoire (PNCI).

This milestone represents a significant step forward in the organization, development, and representation of the Pi Network community in Côte d'Ivoire.

🎯 PNCI'S COMMITMENTS

✅ Raise awareness and educate communities through information campaigns, training sessions, seminars, and workshops on blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and the digital economy.

✅ Promote the adoption of Pi Network through the Global Consensus Value (GCV) movement by empowering people to use Pi effectively in their daily and professional activities.

✅ Promote financial inclusion by supporting accessible cryptocurrency based solutions that create greater economic opportunities for local communities.

✅ Encourage entrepreneurship by supporting innovative blockchain based projects that generate jobs, wealth, and local economic development.

✅ Build a united, supportive, and dynamic community through collaborative platforms, knowledge sharing spaces, and collective initiatives.

✅ Develop strategic partnerships with public institutions, private organizations, NGOs, and development stakeholders to accelerate the country's digital transformation.

✅ Promote sustainable development by supporting eco friendly initiatives and projects that contribute to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through the opportunities offered by Pi Network.

📋 CALL TO ALL PIONEERS

We invite all Pioneers in Côte d'Ivoire, whether migrated or not, who wish to become members of Pi Network Côte d'Ivoire (PNCI) to complete the official membership application form.

We also encourage community leaders, ambassadors, inviters, moderators, and all committed members to complete the process and encourage others to do the same.

En droite ligne avec la politique de recherche de l’Université Protestante au Congo (UPC), telle que rappelée dans le Communiqué Officiel du Secrétaire Général à la Recherche, le Professeur Patrick Bakengela Shamba, RÉF. N° 004/SGR/UPC/2025, du 17 décembre 2025, portant Contrôle anti-plagiat et anti-intelligence artificielle des travaux de recherche ; chaque Working Paper publié par le CIREM fait systématiquement l’objet d’un contrôle d’intégrité scientifique et, sans exception, le résultat du test sera rendu public ⚠️.

Ce contrôle sera réalisé à l’aide de COMPILATIO MAGISTER+ et couvre les trois composantes intégrées au score global des textes suspects :

— Similitudes (détection du plagiat) ;

— Détection de contenu généré par l’intelligence artificielle (IA) ;

— Langues non reconnues.

Seul les papiers ayant un score global inférieu à 15 % seront publiés par le CIREM.

Cette procédure vise à garantir l’originalité, l’intégrité scientifique et la conformité des travaux de recherche diffusés par le CIREM aux standards académiques nationaux et internationaux.
