@GraceCordovano Honestly a coder should chime in, but you’d need to identify the associated DRG(s) for the avg. vent-aided patient ICU stay. Once you have that you can walk back the MediCare/MediCaid cost from CMS....that cost is generally ~85-90% of the avg provider’s actually cost. #ClearAsMud
