Ever heard someone call a data analyst a 'data scientist'? Or assume a data engineer does analytics? It’s like calling every health worker a doctor—close, but not quite! Let’s break down these roles so you know who does what.

Data Analysts: They’re like your detective friend. They take data, analyze it, and tell you the what and why. E.g., 'Why are sales dropping in Abuja?'

Data Scientists: These ones are the innovators. They predict the what nex. E.g., 'If sales in Abuja continue dropping, what will happen in Q2?' They use advanced algorithms and machine learning.

Data Engineers: Think of them as the architects. They build and maintain the systems that analysts and scientists use to access data. Without them, there’s no data to analyze!

Each role is unique, but they work together to make a lot happen. So, if you’ve ever wondered, ‘Which data person do I need for my business?’ just remember:

Analyst for insights.

Scientist for predictions.

Engineer for systems.
