I left in on the default OpenAI 0auth variant and it’s really fast. Told Hermes make sure there is no effort or speed enabled. Works much faster. However the desktop app doesn’t show the change.

As far as context limit I’ve been having the same problem. You can get it to 400k if you setup your own router. That’s about it.
