@Sonos I never thought I would miss the icons on the bottom task bar the way I do with this new app Also the mute button belongs on the left hand side of the volume slider, not on another page!!
@Sonos It’s still a truly horrific shambles. I can’t even have all my speakers at the same volume. The slider is laggy and randomly decides after about half an hour a variety of volumes through the house. Have a new move to add which won’t, customer service is non existent or on holiday
@Sonos What is worse is you can't do System Updates until you update the App to new version (at least not easil)- another corporation forcing things on to us.
@Sonos Please just revert back to the previous version. It was perfect from a UI perspective and worked seamlessly with my devices. Now I have devices dropping, music sounding as though it’s skipping, and the new UI is pure junk. What type of focus group did you use to plan this?

At the very least don’t force people to “update”. I want S2 v16.1 back, it was reliable, fun to use and all the features and intuitiveness one could hope for. Customer and supporter since 2002, never was it this bad.
@Sonos Until you reinstate ALL previous functionality, please stop forcing this as an update and make S2 ver 16.1 available as a download via app stores.
Waiting for weeks on end to use your expensive system's full functionality is not acceptable...
