๐ผ A degree gets you a job. Skills get you paid...
HR: Your salary is โน20,000...
Fresher: Sir, that's very less...
HR: You're a fresher. We usually pay this much...
Meanwhile, companies are offering โน10โ12 LPA+ to candidates with the right skills...
Your degree matters, but in today's job market, skills, practical experience, and the ability to prove what you can do matter even more...
Don't just collect certificates.
Build skills. Build projects. Build your career....

How Java Was Created โ A Quick History...
Java wasnโt originally called Java...
๐น 1991 โ James Gosling and his team at Sun Microsystems started the project
๐น It was initially called Oak
๐น The goal was to build software for consumer electronics and embedded devices
๐น 1995 โ Oak was renamed Java and officially introduced
๐น Javaโs famous idea: โWrite Once, Run Anywhereโ
๐น Code is compiled into bytecode, which runs on the JVM (Java Virtual Machine)
๐น This made Java highly portable across different operating systems
From a small embedded-device project to one of the most influential programming languages ever...
Java changed how developers thought about portability...

๐ป Day 14 of Learning C++
Today, I continued my journey into Searching Algorithms and focused on Binary Search...
๐ธ Learned the Binary Search concept and how it works on a sorted array.
๐ธ Understood why Binary Search is needed and how it reduces the search space efficiently.
๐ธ Learned why we use Binary Search instead of checking every element one by one.
๐ธ Practiced the implementation of Binary Search in C++.
๐ธ Solved problems like Square Root of X using Binary Search.
๐ธ Solved the Peak Element in a Mountain Array problem.
๐ธ Improved my understanding of search space, conditions, and time complexity...
Every problem is helping me understand how algorithms can make solutions more efficient...
Learning C++ under the guidance of my mentor, @rohit_negi9, and building strong fundamentals one concept at a time.
Still a long way to go, but consistency is the goal...

๐ป Day 13 of Learning C++
Today, I continued learning and practicing Sorting Algorithms...
๐ธ Revised Bubble Sort and understood how adjacent elements are compared and swapped.
๐ธ Practiced how the largest element moves to the end after each pass.
๐ธ Revised Insertion Sort and understood how it builds the sorted portion step by step.
๐ธ Practiced comparing elements and shifting larger values to the right before inserting the current element.
๐ธ Improved my understanding of the working and time complexity of both algorithms.
๐ธ Practiced implementing both sorting algorithms in C++...
Every day, sorting is becoming easier to understand through practice...
