Recent State Department documents reveal that Victor Shokin was not the guilty prosecutor whom Vice President Joe Biden in 2015 had claimed was corrupt and had to be fired—through the agency of Biden’s own braggadocious threats to withhold $1 billion in approved foreign aid to Ukraine.

Instead, Shokin was let go because our Ukrainian policy point man Biden did not want Shokin looking into the corruption of the state energy company Burisma whose board had hired Joe’s drug-addicted and incompetent son Hunter at an astronomical salary—and to do what exactly other than to guarantee to Burisma it would be shielded by his father from further American pressure for Ukrainian oversight?

The U.S. Congress impeached Donald Trump in 2019 for delaying, not threatening to cancel, aid to Ukraine as a supposed condition to looking into its corrupt associations with the Biden family.

Years and elections later, we finally are learning that we impeached in 2019 a sitting president for purported crimes—leveraging American aid to further his own ambitions and using government agencies to go after a political rival—that he did not commit, but which the current President who will  never be impeached most certainly has committed by his own admission in 2018, and by his Attorney General Merrick Garland’s use of left-wing prosecutors to indict Trump and protect the Biden family.

How do you unimpeach the innocent president and now belatedly impeach the guilty one?
