Not as the system operates today now.

M4A would funnel taxpayer money into a broken system, corrupting it more.

The healthcare system can be simplified if big companies do their part to get away from rebates and consultants.

At which point we could begin to see a simpler, accurate and fair system as providers and companies can work together

Then companies would look at M4A as a way to cut their care costs and become more profitable, while improving the quality of care and productivity of their employees

But in the current system the PBMs and their affiliates are smarter and more agile than legislators putting together M4A. They already know what they would do if the USA tried to copy any foreign system. They would suck more money out of taxpayers. Not less.

There is a light at the end of the tunnel. It can be done. But it starts with the major buyers of care, big companies, changing how they buy health care for their employees
