@benkiberu @HHichilema Case in point! Yes, systems are developed over time. But let’s start with the councils doing what they’re supposed to do. We surely don’t need 100 years to implement a basic waste management system so that our citizenry has no excuse for dumping trash wherever we feel like.

@benkiberu @HHichilema It certainly doesn’t, but ask yourself why you’ve never seen pics if Mette Frederiksen, Ignazio Cassis or Boris Johnson picking up trash in their respective countries? Their time is better spent engaging with citizens in more meaningful ways coz they have working social services
