If anyone killed Kirk, even if it was Tyler, it was OUR GOVERNMENT that likely made it happen. Directly or indirectly.

Crazy conspiracy theory after day three!

After watching the preliminary hearing closely, one question continues to haunt this entire case and it almost feels like they are planting the seeds for a pivot.

Why does the man whose DNA is all over the murder weapon and tools have immunity, while the man with similar forensic ties and far weaker motive sits in jail?

Let’s be clinical about what the evidence actually shows:

Lance Twiggs’ DNA was found on the rifle, the towel wrapped around the rifle, and the screwdriver recovered from the roof. Both are consistently described in testimony as only a possible contributor to some of those mixtures. The state’s entire confession chain, the burned note, the incriminating text messages comes exclusively through Twiggs. Regardless of the timing of the discord message.The physical note itself was destroyed. The surveillance video is so poor that facial identification is impossible, and multiple clips show the suspect limping on different legs.

Despite this, Twiggs was granted limited immunity almost immediately and labeled a witness, not a suspect.

This is not how professional investigations work.

From a behavioral standpoint, the inner circle’s reaction has been even more revealing. Erika Kirk returned to the office within days, was caught laughing and celebrating event metrics on an internal Zoom call just six days after the assassination, and has aggressively labeled all skepticism as “demonic” and a “mind virus.” Rather than demanding maximum transparency, TPUSA immediately reversed several of Charlie’s newer, more independent positions and doubled down on unconditional Zionism. As well as abandoning of previous Allies.

The timeline is also damning. Charlie had just told close associates he had “no choice but to leave the pro-Israel cause.”

His star power but more importantly his company would be actively pulling a massive youth movement away from the machine. His death was, from a certain perspective, an existential save for that influence network. For Israel’s hold on America.

The theory that best explains the anomalies is this:

Tyler Robinson was likely a knowing patsy, although not to be the fall guy. Lance Twiggs whether witting or unwitting was used as the intermediary to deliver the weapon and tools, which is why his DNA is all over them. The “confessions” were manufactured through him. Once the operation succeeded, Twiggs was immediately immunized to lock him into the witness role and control the narrative. I’m sure he thought his dna would have been wiped but they left it on there incase the lone wolf narrative collapsed. (Like it’s doing)

The rushed, sloppy nature of the hit explains the terrible footage, inconclusive ballistics, and messy forensics. The overall all massive amount of reaching allowance and extra coverage to push the narrative.
Now that the lone gunman story is being dismantled in open court, Twiggs’ physical protection has conveniently stopped being provided.

He has been largely hidden from public view. If the narrative collapses further, the system has a ready-made Plan B: flip the story onto Twiggs, then let him “suicide” or be killed by an “enraged fan” before he can ever testify under cross-examination.
All questions would die with him and the attention shifted away from who employed him. Instead into a Marxist lovers quarrel.

I mean a radical Marxist is their type.

This isn’t about Tyler or Lance anymore. It’s about who had the motive, means, and institutional power to remove a charismatic leader the moment he began turning against them and who benefits most from the complete reversal in direction we’ve seen from TPUSA since September 2025.

The evidence doesn’t point to a simple lone wolf. So why are they forcing it?

It points to a calculated removal of a political asset that had stopped being obedient.

We are watching the system do everything in its power to cover for them.
