@CapitalOne I paid off my car loan in Oct 19. By Dec I had still not received my title. I contacted Cap One and was told the title was sent to AZ DMV. I live in CA. I was told they would send documents to CA DMV. It is May '20. Still no title. No response from CADMV or Cap One.
