The reason bleeding was commonly reported in the past was because most of the brides were very young and not physically or emotionally prepared for sex. If it is done gently and with enough lubrication and arousal, bleeding will most likely not happen.

@shaozieze @cocobaebi No lies. I experienced such. I visited Adeoyo gyne clinc for 3 years straight. Very frustrating and exhausting. I had to stop and start dieting. Lose some weight and I saw changes in me. But tbh, PCOS does not have a particular cure, we just have to live with it and manage it.
