This has been the worst experience at @DreamsResorts #DreamsTulum we came to celebrate a beautiful couple and their Union and have experienced the worst service ever. When I first arrived gave us a room with now air. Came twice and said oh it will work in 20 mins.

When paying $300+ per night, per guest, there’s no reason why we should be miserable at this point. With a highly tourist resort and with the humidity as high as it is, it’s imperative to have an HVAC company on call at all times.

@DreamsResorts #DreamsTulum with a resort of this magnitude, you must keep HVAC on call at all times. Especially in a high tourist location and with the humidity being as it is. Never Again. Don’t come here if you want an enjoyable vacation!!!!!

@DreamsResorts #DreamsTulum they finally moved us and now it’s 2:16 AM after reporting to them hours ago, it’s 80+ degrees in this room. We can’t sleep. We are sweating bullets. The bed is moist from humidity.
