In 1989, I was 6 and my dad was unlawfully killed at Hillsborough, he was 29.
He a good guy. Worked hard. Had lots of friends, and was respected. He was loved so deeply. Especially by me.

Youve overcharged my mother by £200 (up from her usual £40) without any notification at all. This is a breach of the direct debit guarantee as well as being extremely underhanded as she cannot speak to you because it's not in your eyes 'an emergency'
