A significant milestone in the India-Japan defence partnership! 🇮🇳🇯🇵

The maiden visit of JASDF fighter aircraft to India for Exercise #VeerGuardian2026 marks the second joint exercise involving fighter aircraft of both countries, following #VeerGuardian23, when IAF fighter aircraft visited Japan for the first time in 2023.

The reciprocal deployment of fighter aircraft is an important initiative symbolising the deepening of India-Japan defence cooperation.

The exercise will enhance interoperability, facilitate exchange of tactics and improve operational skills through joint activities, strengthening the foundation for long-term cooperation and stability in the Indo-Pacific.

Strengthening India–Armenia Defence Cooperation

A five-member delegation of the Armenian Armed Forces, led by Maj Gen Alexander Tsakanyan, visited an Indian Air Force station under Western Air Command.

The delegation undertook a guided tour of operational and maintenance facilities.

The visit strengthened military-to-military engagement. It fostered mutual understanding, knowledge sharing and operational interoperability. It also reaffirmed the enduring defence ties between India and Armenia.

Why S-400 failed in May-2025?

It failed in shooting down any PAF jet/Aircraft.

PAF fired projectiles like Fatah-1, CM-400AKG which can be intercepted by other Indian Sam systems.

Though S-400 did absolutely give very hard time to PAF but failed in achieving anything kinetic.
