Siavash Tehranipour, an Iranian national staying at Izmir 4 Nolu T Tipi KCIK cell block C-7, transferred to our cell block from another one after he was kicked out for faking showering and not listening to the shot caller.

This individual would also fake epilepsy and falling on the floor when the guards came in, possibly pretended to have severe social anxiety to the point where he could barely speak, and his paperwork never came so a lot of people thought he was locked up on sex crimes and Syrian nationals including shotcaller and human smuggler Iyman Hannan who was last at cell block A-6 (Turkish National ID Number REDACTED) would make fun of him.

I learned that this is an organized crime ring with ties to state officials in Turkey, taking out policies on psychiatric patients and then killing them/getting rid of them in fake accidents for millions of dollars, split between the family and the fraudsters.

Within May 2019 or June 2019, my mother travelled to an Is Bankasi branch in Izmir and fraudulently obtained a insurance policy on myself with a purposefully mistyped passport (not national ID) number, and her signature instead of mine.

On July 6, 2019, she bought a ticket for me to travel to Munich Airport from Sabiha Gokcen Airport. I did not choose Munich as a destination, I did not buy the ticket, and I had no financial resources available at the time, I was also stripped of my cell phone and any wireless devices before the flight.

Once the plane landed, I immediately proceeded to immigration but my mother was begging me not to. I went to the Bundespolizei and had them stamp my passport as well as register me in the immigration database, but they told me to wait.

Then a Turkish speaking man who was wearing a fake Bavarian State Police (Bayerische Polizei) uniform took me to the police station on Ebene 5 (Floor 5).

I got "papered" into KBO Taufkirchen Station A2 (48.346108119507484, 12.13773838401775), a psychiatric hospital run by a Turkish organized crime ring that was running million dollar accident insurance scams using a gas room and possibly a hammer to fake head injuries.

Everything was normal up until I arrived at the aforementioned building, and an black African woman wearing a headscarf who was coughing, shaking and could not speak, was kicked out of the building after the doors was opened. Then one of the staff members began taunting me in the Turkish language, 5 minutes later, 3 men who were not hospital employees came from outside the building and threw me in the same room that the African woman had left.

There was a large spinning metal fan built into the side of the wall and a gas that smelled like cleaning chemicals would come out of it.

Polizeiinspektion Dorfen would consistently refuse to respond to emergency calls from this location.

Eventually, I was released from KBO Taufkirchen Station A2, Mehmet Zeki Nokay (Turkish national police officer) told me that I had to go to any hospital in Turkey and get a "mental health report" so that legal investigations could be unlawfully blocked while using the report as an excuse.

I was abducted by private ambulance companies within Turkey several times as well and taken to a hospital (Dokuz Eylul Hospital) 50 minutes away, where the doctors talked about injecting me with a neurotoxin (kainic acid/domoic acid/ibotenic acid) in my spine and then falsely labeling the resulting brain damage as being the product of a preexisting mental condition.

The ambulance companies in question (Airline Ambulans/SES Ambulans) never collected my health insurance info or a payment, the EMTs all had early 2000s model brick/GSM phones to avoid police tracking, and were all muscular males.

During one abduction on July 20, 2019, I had a Baofeng police radio tuned to 450.85 MHz (police dispatch) on me, and the dispatch center was claiming that there was an "operation" at my location but there were no cops anywhere in sight. Bystanders also called the police but they were blocked from arriving.

Furthermore, I was illegally denied exit from Turkey several times without any legal grounds in 2019, and on October 18, 2024, 6 Turkish intelligence officers visited me at Izmir 4 Nolu T Tipi KCIK (prison) then falsified paperwork to make it look like I was in the hospital at the time.

I wanted to provide information relating to a possibly connected incident..

In 2018 I visited Can Hastanesi in Cigli, Izmir, Turkey, with my aunt (REDACTED) for a routine blood test/check-up

There was a guy handling patient registration at the front desk and there was a very long line. When it was our turn, the guy looked at my residence permit, but refused to process me and told me to wait at the side. It's as if my name had been provided in advance.

My aunt then started complaining about the guy refusing to process us for no reason and instead taking other people from the line, even though it was our turn.

Eventually the guy took us to a corridor, asked me whether I was on psychiatric medication, then pointed at a storage room devoid of people that had nothing to do with the medical check-up, and insisted that the check-up would be in there.

I refused to enter and my aunt was also shocked, then he started screaming/rage-baiting, trying to provoke both of us into a fight, and randomly threatened to send my aunt to prison. We calmly walked out of there and left in a taxi.

What I also noticed is that the government employees and healthcare workers involved in this criminal scam, use multiple tactics but a popular one is rage-baiting the victim into attacking them in front of bystanders, then instead of having them taken to the police station/courthouse and pressing assault charges, the victim is taken away somewhere else.

Or if involved family member(s) are present during the public kidnapping, bystanders not in on the scam are falsely told that the target is high on drugs or mentally ill.

In countries such as the United States, 911/emergency operators are required to send people out regardless of how ridiculous or outlandish the claims in a call are. This is not the case in Turkey.

If the victim, who in most cases doesn't even know about any insurance policy calls 112 to report a kidnapping and states for example, that an ambulance or police officers are involved, most of the time they will get yelled at and told that the police are already there, the 112 operator will refuse to send unrelated law enforcement officers out to the scene of the crime.

Sometimes they will also raid your residence with (possibly?) a wideband signal jammer/transmitter and try to take you away. This happened to me once, and my Baofeng radio that was tuned to the police channel started a high-pitched whine shortly after the scammers (2 police officers and 2 EMTs) entered.

I called them out, then one of the female EMTs took out a small black device from her pocket and flipped a switch, the whining stopped!!

Another possible purpose of the transmitter, might be to warn LE officers that approach the scene and hear the whining from their UHF radios, to not intervene.

There is no record of that visit on a Turkish e-Government Portal.

PS: Cem Ertan, the person believed to have started everything, had one of his Turkish phone numbers registered on Signal years ago.

What this gang is also doing is paying off or working with TNIO employees to remotely compromise the victim's phone using 0-day exploits and hunting them down.

If it gets far enough, the victim is kidnapped to a hospital working with the fraudsters, told by involved doctors that a spinal tap needs to be performed, and then injected with non-lethal (not saxitoxin type) shellfish toxins or a glutamate analogue, then labeled schizophrenic and locked away in a mental institution.

The ambulance companies in question (Airline Ambulans/SES Ambulans) never collected my health insurance info or a payment, the EMTs all had early 2000s model brick/GSM phones to avoid police tracking, and were all muscular males.

During one abduction on July 20, 2019, I had a Baofeng police radio tuned to 450.85 MHz (police dispatch) on me, and the dispatch center was claiming that there was an "operation" at my location but there were no cops anywhere in sight. Bystanders also called the police but they were blocked from arriving.

Furthermore, I was illegally denied exit from Turkey several times without any legal grounds in 2019, and on October 18, 2024, 6 Turkish intelligence officers visited me at Izmir 4 Nolu T Tipi KCIK (prison) then falsified paperwork to make it look like I was in the hospital at the time.

I wanted to provide information relating to a possibly connected incident..

In 2018 I visited Can Hastanesi in Cigli, Izmir, Turkey, with my aunt (REDACTED) for a routine blood test/check-up

There was a guy handling patient registration at the front desk and there was a very long line. When it was our turn, the guy looked at my residence permit, but refused to process me and told me to wait at the side. It's as if my name had been provided in advance.

My aunt then started complaining about the guy refusing to process us for no reason and instead taking other people from the line, even though it was our turn.

Eventually the guy took us to a corridor, asked me whether I was on psychiatric medication, then pointed at a storage room devoid of people that had nothing to do with the medical check-up, and insisted that the check-up would be in there.

I refused to enter and my aunt was also shocked, then he started screaming/rage-baiting, trying to provoke both of us into a fight, and randomly threatened to send my aunt to prison. We calmly walked out of there and left in a taxi.

What I also noticed is that the government employees and healthcare workers involved in this criminal scam, use multiple tactics but a popular one is rage-baiting the victim into attacking them in front of bystanders, then instead of having them taken to the police station/courthouse and pressing assault charges, the victim is taken away somewhere else.

Or if involved family member(s) are present during the public kidnapping, bystanders not in on the scam are falsely told that the target is high on drugs or mentally ill.

In countries such as the United States, 911/emergency operators are required to send people out regardless of how ridiculous or outlandish the claims in a call are. This is not the case in Turkey.

If the victim, who in most cases doesn't even know about any insurance policy calls 112 to report a kidnapping and states for example, that an ambulance or police officers are involved, most of the time they will get yelled at and told that the police are already there, the 112 operator will refuse to send unrelated law enforcement officers out to the scene of the crime.

Sometimes they will also raid your residence with (possibly?) a wideband signal jammer/transmitter and try to take you away. This happened to me once, and my Baofeng radio that was tuned to the police channel started a high-pitched whine shortly after the scammers (2 police officers and 2 EMTs) entered.

I called them out, then one of the female EMTs took out a small black device from her pocket and flipped a switch, the whining stopped!!

Another possible purpose of the transmitter, might be to warn LE officers that approach the scene and hear the whining from their UHF radios, to not intervene.

There is no record of that visit on a Turkish e-Government Portal.

PS: Cem Ertan, the person believed to have started everything, had one of his Turkish phone numbers registered on Signal years ago.

What this gang is also doing is paying off or working with TNIO employees to remotely compromise the victim's phone using 0-day exploits and hunting them down.

If it gets far enough, the victim is kidnapped to a hospital working with the fraudsters, told by involved doctors that a spinal tap needs to be performed, and then injected with non-lethal (not saxitoxin type) shellfish toxins or a glutamate analogue, then labeled schizophrenic and locked away in a mental institution.
