How the modern man eats:

At 7 AM

"Heavy morning breakfast" of:

- Pasteurized milk

- Wheat (Shawarma)

- Sugar

- Oats & cornflakes

- Bread

- Transfats eg Margarine.

Then, proceeds to yawn like a mongoose.

At 10 AM,

• More tea

• Wheat (Anjera)

• Weetabix

• Soy milk

Then continue yawning like a mongoose.

At 1 PM

• Rice/Biryani

• Spaghetti

• Seed oils (Arosto)

• Soda

Then, proceed to yawn like a mongoose

At 4 PM

• A cup of tea with pasteurized milk

• Biscuits

• Shawarma

• Sausage

Then, proceed to yawn like a mongoose.

At 6 PM,

• Drinks a concoction of hot water, lemon, ginger and honey at a Somali restaurant thinking this is the most healthiest thing on earth.

At 9 PM,

• Pilau

• Spaghetti

• Seed oils

Then, proceed to yawn like a mongoose.

Just before bedtime,

• A cup of tea with pasteurized milk

• A modern fruit

• Peanuts

• Anjera

Then, proceed to yawn like a mongoose.

- Will toss the whole night in bed because of sleeplessness and a rebellious gut.

- Will wake up in the morning so tired, with a foggy mind and anger.

- Will repeat the cycle

Then wonders why they are always sick, tired, nonproductive, angry, anxious, chaotic, and depressed with erectile dysfunction.
