The argument is only that it MAY be logographic/semasiographic in some instances (not just in rare/one-off instances) even if it has logo-syllabic/phonetic uses otherwise (in most seals).

You'll argue that it's not an "assumption" but a reasonable inference, but I don't have the patience left to debate that particular point.

My problem only lies with the (certain) Islam-specific aspects of that monotheism & with some (not all) of the traditions.
