Part 3: In today's update, Training Planner adds support for time-based workouts and the ability to add weekly titles to highlight the purpose of planned weeks. #Run
@The_Manoeuvre That's interesting. If I understand, you would like to keep adding incrementally to the plan few days/weeks at a time instead of a CSV import?
What's a planner without tracking the status of the planned activities? And let's auto-match + link planned workouts with actual training.
Just making the Training Planner even better.
ps: yes, rest is an important activity to track.

@guilhermepovala It's on the list of improvements to build, but a little trickier when it comes to beyond simple (distance or time based workouts) i.e. intervals, etc.

4. Walkers and hikers are welcome too! Tempo isn’t hikt for runners. You can also track walking and hiking workouts with Apple Watch, and Tempo will provide you with the same informational and motivational data to keep going. Tempo celebrates walkers, hikers, and runners! ⛰️
3. Compete against yourself! As runners, we’re inherently competitive. We don’t have to be mid race to tap in to our competitive nature. Tempo can help you beat your fastest mile, track your quickest 5K, or simply keep up with how many miles you’ve logged over a set duration. 🏅
2. Tempo always respects your privacy. Tempo is created by runners, for runners. We treat your data like we expect our data to be treated. For that reason, privacy is at the foundation of Tempo. It always has been, and it always will be. 🫡
1. Tempo doesn’t just analyze new runs! Tempo is ready to analyze the data from any run workout that logs in the Health app. This is especially helpful for hitting the ground running with Tempo using your own data! 🏃♀️
@Athersuk Hi, that’s very interesting. I think, I generally understand what it would be like, but can you please elaborate on the context of why it’s preferred? I would appreciate if we could email about this: [email protected]. Thank you.
