@MattWalshBlog Probably incompetent prison medical staff who aren’t capable of starting an IV…OR the medical staff secretly didn’t want to properly administer the drug. Easy enough to confirm. If the drug’s efficacy is good, then the only explanations are incompetence or official misconduct.
