@BasedMikeLee You sound like our local right wing crazies who cite “Constitutional Republic” as a justification to totally ignore the will of the majority they represent. Fuck you!
@stowZJE @afrosabi I can tell you as the white father of mixed white/Hispanic kids, I think it was important I had many Hispanic friends. I’d say the same almost surely applies for non-black fathers of children with black mothers.
@shebotnick @corimomma75 I fell from a 2nd floor onto my back on the floor below when I was 6. Step-mom looked at me, told me I wasn’t hurt & to stop crying. At 10, I got hit in the face with a baseball bat, with no Dr. check despite my entire right eye/cheek/forehead turning purple. That’s Gen-X!
@AfricanArchives I was able to attend a performance of the Fish University Jubilee Singers at a MLK, Jr. Day performance a few years back. What an honor, and what a talented group!
@ClayTravis@WNBA@LVAces So, first you rail against transgender athletes because you’re supposedly in favor of female athletics…
Then you pull a dumbass stunt like this mocking female athletes.
You’re such a fraud.
@mattgaetz No, a society that continues to glorify with statues leaders of its racist history is bound to repeat it. No one is “cancelling” our history, just putting it in its proper perspective.
@BasedMikeLee Noting him in history is not the same thing as celebrating him with a statue. What is so fucking hard about that? And yes, I have Confederate ancestors. It’s not something to be proud of.
