Uhhh wtf are they talking about? I read the magistrate judge's Report and Recommendation, and the judge's Order adopting the R&R. No one ever said that "no reasonable juror could find Logan's statements misleading or fraudulent."

To the contrary, the judge actually found, in his analysis as to whether or not the class could pierce CryptoZoo's corporate veil, that some of Logan's conduct consisted of "actual fraud":
