Another year of stagnant improvement to the plight that is mesh injury. Choice, Access and Funding for complete removal still has not happened in Ireland. Ppl left suffering unnecessarily from trial options with no longevity in fixing source 😡 ladies 2nd class citizens in Éire

@orlatinsley Isn't the windowless rooms onto the nurses station for supervision ? Stayed in mater last year and was lucky to have window rooms but befriended a girl in windowless one but we got out for strolls around corridors ..found it a friendly professional place as was so far from home

Have recieved confirmation that medical card has been awarded.

Should never take public intervention for common sense to prevail though. System needs to be held accountable for decisions taken, with a robust & transparent mechanism to ensure failures are not repeated.

@walls2 @HSELive They refused MC for mesh injured folk aswell john although after recipients received and njuries following hse intervention and advised implantation and will be horrifically affected forever with this life limiting injury that will have to be attended to as mote symptoms come
