Participating in the summit has been an extremely rewarding experience & given us an opportunity to show art’s capacity to bring diverse people & disciplines together with an exceptional convening power, & its unique ability to traverse different practise and knowledge systems.
It has been an inspiring few days at the #OneOceanSummit TBA21 has been honored to share our experience of bringing together artists with scientists, conservationists, legal experts, indigenous voices, policy makers and activists to address urgent questions concerning the Ocean.
As the only arts organisation to be present, we have taken the initiative to exhibit one of the trajectories of the research exhibition by @TerritorialA, “Oceans in Transformation,” focusing on the Equatorial Pacific to highlight the growing impact of human activity on the Ocean
“The global ocean is changing its circulations, energies, interactions, and ecologies. It is the most dynamic and sensitive component of our living planet, yet the most unknown.”
