@_austrian I am not letting this slide. I will fly to Vienna myself if I have to next week and go and find my luggage. It is one case. It will have a tag on it. Does Austrian Airlines have any influence over Austrian baggage handling?

@SalihSabri @lufthansa @_austrian similar issue for me and friend. 4th day without luggage. Flew business with Austrian, but had to switch flights. Now they have lost our luggage and are doing 0 about it. We have a tag so know where the luggage is. We are in Thailand and bags in Vienna.
