@JasminMarsters1 My therapist only disclosed she had ADHD when she suggested I be tested for ADHD. And I was 50 y/o at that time. 😳

@JasminMarsters1 There will probably be more people who may disclose their autism or ADHD in the future, but this generation ( you have to allow for one to get through primary education, university, additional training, a few years experience, etc.) to catch up with today's demands.

@adhdadulting @HowtoADHD YES! Menopause and ADHD are very tricky! But often when women go through Menopause, ADHD symptoms become worse. BUTT, Menopause can trigger many ADHD like symptoms in women too. Sometimes hormone replacement may eleviate symptoms or help, but some women can't take HRT.
