Thank you, @DefendingEd, for creating this essential resource.
Accessing a child’s educational records remains far too difficult for many families. While IDEA explicitly grants parents the right to inspect and review all records before eligibility determinations, IEP meetings, or any decisions affecting their child, schools routinely delay or deny timely access.
Parents cannot be equal members of the IEP team when they’re denied the very records being used to make life-altering decisions about their child. Meaningful participation requires meaningful access. This is a core parental right that must be enforced.

"Teaching in the Sunshine State is more than a job. It is a chance to shape the people who will shape Florida — citizens, neighbors, colleagues, and leaders. For graduates wondering what to do with their lives, few callings offer a clearer answer, or a more lasting one. In a time when so many are searching for meaning, teaching is work worth doing."
