@JoshAlexCairo@LBC Josh, Oxford Street isn’t at a standstill. With fewer cars and mainly buses/taxis using it, traffic moves fine and takes pressure off surrounding roads.
And it’s clearly not uninviting-if it’s packed every day. #London

Charging that for 24mph on roads that were 30 or 40 feels more like revenue-raising than safety.
£20 would likely cover the admin.
