SpaceX has just announced that they have entered into a $920 million per month agreement with Google to provide compute capacity, according to a new filing.
"On June 5, 2026, we entered into a Cloud Service Agreement with Google with respect to access to compute capacity. The customer has agreed to pay us $920 million per month from October 2026 through June 2029, with capacity ramping up through September at a reduced fee. The compute capacity provided includes approximately 110,000 NVIDIA GPUs, CPUs, memory, and other related components.
After December 31, 2026, the agreement may be terminated by either party upon 90 days' notice. The customer will retain ownership of, and intellectual property rights in, its content, Al models, and related data."
Completed the 1,500 mile trip back from San Diego to home and did it all on Tesla FSD 14.3.3. It was amazing! The reduced nag definitely made the trip even more relaxing and enjoyable.
My non-intervention streak was going great. Things were just humming along. But then, around mile 1,221, I saw that one of my tires needed a bit of air, nothing major (38 psi vs 42 psi for the other three), but instead of just waiting until the next charger stop, I decided to get off at the next available exit and just do it right then and there with my handy dandy Tesla electrical tire inflator (which is so good btw, everyone needs to get one of these, use some of your points and get one from the Tesla merch website). Well, the next exit was a trucker rest stop that was for all intents and purposes basically just a big tarmac with no lane lines, completely designed just for truckers to stop for a few minutes and nothing else. FSD didn’t know where to park or stop as there were no lines, nothing but large semis, and the semis were all over the place haphazardly. So FSD just started doing circles around the perimeter of the lot. I tried playing with the parking feature to get it to pull over and just curb stop, but it wouldn’t. So after it made a loop for the second time and was about to start the third loop I disengaged. It then took me about 45-60 seconds to find a spot that was safe and not in the way of the semi truckers, so I see why FSD was having fits. But I found a spot and got the 4 psi into my tire. Then got on our way and proceeded to do the final 300 miles flawlessly.
Bottom line: don’t ever take me on one of these FSD non-intervention journeys or cross country treks. I have an uncanny way of pulling defeat from the jaws of victory, and literally doing it right at the end.
HOUSTON, WE HAVE GOLD! 💛
Just test drove a 2026 Performance Model Y with my cousin and finally saw the GOLD Cybercabs in person… they look even wilder IRL than in the pics 🔥
With all these Cybercabs popping up here, is it possible we’ll see them in the robotaxi fleet in time for the World Cup? 🤯
6,051km across Canada using Tesla Self-Driving (supervised) for 100% of the drive - what an experience.
After our meetup at Tesla in Halifax the car drove us down to the water to get as close as we could to the East Coast.
In the fourth photo you can see Horseshoe Bay, BC where we first started the drive, and the first photo shows the car on the East Coast of Canada.

🚨BREAKING:
Tesla has been authorized by the State of Texas to operate driverless vehicles commercially under the new law that took effect today, May 28th, 2026. Tesla has officially self-certified the software running on its robotaxis as Level 4. $TSLA
🚨 Just took my first UNSUPERVISED Robotaxi ride in Houston, TX with my Dad! 🤯
No safety driver. No interventions. Just pure autonomy the entire way. Smooth, confident, and honestly surreal. Watching my Dad’s face the whole time made it even better.
The future isn’t coming — it’s already here.
