IT IS DONE.

My friend's Tesla on v12.5 just drove us around flawlessly for 2 hours. 50 miles on city streets.

It drove _better_ than I can, smoother on acceleration, no flinches or hesitations.

No disengagements and I only did one accelerator press to have it go faster.

Stopping is smoother. It goes smoother from the creep, no stoping a second time. Stopping at lights and stop signs is smooth.

My only minor quibble is I wouldn't slow down as late for speed bumps, but that's it. Over 2 hours of driving! That's the only flaw and that's just a difference in preference.

It was a boring, drama free drive.

I can now 100% see why Elon is thinking more about unsupervised self driving. We're here! They've done it. 🤯🤯🤯 $TSLA

Tesla is rolling out a new update that will suspend the autopilot function for a week if 5 “forced autopilot disengagements” occur.

A “forced disengagement” is when the autopilots disables during a drive due to multiple warnings such as “keep hands on wheel”.
