Can someone/anyone let me know how long will the upgrade take please? This is all I see in the app. And note that I never stepped/paused text notifications.

@CoxHelp What’s going on with the outage in north Phoenix? Never experienced this long of an outage (24 hours now). Tried calling customer care but got hung up every time. Is there an ETA to resolve this?

Hey @AmericanAir I am waiting to board the flight out of Phoenix. It was scheduled for 5:49pm. Now it says 9pm. The customer assistance near the gate says it could be sooner or later. He has been instructed to not reschedule/rebook customers in any other flight. I am trying 2/2
