I remember when autocorrect first came out. I refused to use it because I took pride in being able to spell. Same as how I almost never used a calculator in school.

Then one day I got lazy and tried it. Before I knew it I couldn’t remember how to spell words I used to know by heart.

That’s how I feel about AI.

People will say you lack imagination if you think it’s bad for you. Maybe. But I also believe for most people it’s just going to slowly shrink their brain.
