TEXAS SENATE RACE: James Talarico (CIS) was caught by election authorities accepting illegal campaign donations from out-of-state Democratic donors. He's already had to return over $840,000 of over $1M in illegal donations. The FEC has flagged 143 donors over the $3,500 limit.
