@Thefactsdude I grew up in a rural area like Arp. Large burn piles are common, as are dogs defending their property. Cops killing someone's dog on their property was extremely rare. Now it's sadly more common. But cops used to be familiar with the community then as well. Now I guess not.

@GPAIndiana Most BBQ joints here do pork spare ribs St. Louis style or some variation thereof like everyone else. What we also do though are Dino Ribs (beef ribs) which are quite different. However, everything pretty much takes a sideline here to brisket, the star of Texas BBQ.
