Crystal is now a 2x National high school powerlifting champion!! She won first place in her weight class, got a WORLD RECORD for her deadlift, and received over all Best Heavyweight Lifter!!! She and her team placed 3rd as well. Proud powerlifting family and we love her so much.

4X STATE CHAMPION!!!!! Crystal finished her last high school powerlifting state meet this past weekend. Breaking all 4 records in her weight class, getting 1st place and taking home Outstanding Heavyweight lifter.

Deadlift: 460 lbs
Total: 1310 lbs

Baby girl had her last high school home meet. She had a rough start but she finished strong, getting a PR in her last deadlift. She got 1st place in her weight class and Girls Heavyweight Best Lifter award. We are so proud of her.
