i.e. accessing Media Manager via Dashboard, or Site menu, I think it would be useful, moreover it just makes sense (to me at least).

Can I access the Media Manager for my site outside of the Editor (i.e. from dashboard, anywhere?)

It works fine just seems like it should be something more accessible, and to allow me to manage my images while not in the context of making immediate edits
