For anyone wanting to read more about the history of "transfer" would do well to read Nur Masalha's excellent book. Here is the blurb:

It’s ridiculous that life-saving humanitarian aid in its most basic form of water and fuel is YET to be allowed into Gaza.

What little aid trucks Israel is allowing in they’re forcing them to take routes of “no mans land” where the Israeli army is facilitating criminal syndicates through the black market.

Israel was asked repeatedly to provide another route directly into Gaza to which Israel repeatedly refused.

In the months in which Israel did allow a little humanitarian aid into Gaza, Israeli settlers would stop them and destroy contents.

Meanwhile Palestinians in Gaza are starving and bombs are still relentless.

Arms embargo, & humanitarian aid NEEDS TO ENTER IN ENOUGH QUANTITIES IMMEDIATELY
