Tired of being labeled a Conservative or a Liberal so Im going to pin my views and reasons for wasting time this month X
I joined Twitter during this election because I was tired of watching large and small accounts—on all sides—push half-truths, misrepresentations, and blatant misinformation with no accountability. There’s a growing disconnect between political narratives and reality, and I couldn’t handle it. The divisiveness is crazy, and when you talk to people from all spectrums the root of what they want in life and from government is very similar. We as people need to realize that there is more ways than one to solve a problem.
I’m not here to fight for a team—I’m here to fight for facts, accountability, and better ideas.
I’m open-minded, willing to debate respectfully, and happy to admit when I’m wrong. I want my perspective challenged—because that’s how we grow.
I’m not a partisan— there's no party that reflects a vision of Canada that I feel is both achievable and genuinely beneficial. I’d describe myself as a centrist or independent: socially progressive, fiscally responsible.
I believe in helping the less fortunate, protecting freedoms for all, and supporting thoughtful social programs. I support legalization and responsible immigration—not open borders, but a fair, structured system.
I don’t believe in government taking over where small businesses and entrepreneurs already thrive. But I also believe unchecked corporate power is dangerous—no company should outlive generations without limits. As a new parent, I worry about mounting deficits and the burden we’re passing on.
Canada has the resources, talent, and spirit to lead the world—if we focus on smart innovation, strong infrastructure, responsible environmental action, and real unity.
No party has earned my vote yet. Although in my riding, it won't matter.
Until then, I’ll be right here—engaged, skeptical, and hopeful.
P.S. If you’ve blocked me, it’s likely because you couldn’t handle a fact-based debate and preferred the comfort of your echo chamber. That’s your choice—but it runs counter to the spirit of open dialogue this platform was built for. Don’t worry though, I haven’t forgotten. Your name’s been noted, and when the wall of shame goes up—you’ll have a spot.

"I have heard some proponents of the carbon tax defend it by suggesting that the world will require decarbonized oil barrels going forward. To be honest, Cenovus places over one million barrels a day across three continents, and none of our customers have ever suggested or even asked about the carbon intensity of Canadian crudes.
If customers were willing to pay for decarbonized barrels, we would certainly see these price signals and not require government interference.
The carbon tax escalates through time, making our industry less resilient at lower commodity prices, and will require the premature shut-in and reclamation of oil producing projects that would otherwise be economic to produce.
Much of this is being orchestrated in the belief that we can build a functioning carbon market. The reality is that carbon markets are a political construct and there are no examples of functioning, enduring, or investible carbon markets to draw from." /5
@BenMulroney Come on @BenMulroney , he most certainly is a conservative or very close too. He is a social liberal, and his policy on carbon is misplaced, albeit corrupted, but besides that, he used most of what PP was advocating for.
@Gusinalberta@BenMulroney You bring no value to any discussion. Just insults Gus, give your bald head a rub and think about how you can make Canada better.
Because insulting every Conservative makes you look like a twat..
@Smileyyeg As an Albertan, do I think we get hated on by Canada, absolutely. Do I think federal policies have negatively impacted the Canadian Economy, absolutely. Do I think this referendum question before a referendum will put an end to the separatist idea, absolutely.
@AdrianaLaGrange Failing up. 🤦 Education left right where UCP want it. Floundering and people wanting to switch to private. Minister of Health, visited Stollery and the Emergency room the last year a couple times, and she's definitely steered quality to desiring an alternative. So yea, good job.
@Titleist This is all great. But how do you mess up the seasons of every player that ordered a GT3 in Feb/Mar and now aren't estimated to get it until July..
