@DrTerstriep @kelsieBelquist Where did you get thos video?

[ND Prep Scoreboards @NDScores]

Really wish the live stream showed the times of each heat since the online results 'latest heat' link is stuck on the 4x2 Relay from yesterday

@HerosTiming needs to be doing the State results; their transparency for ALL events, every heat, every attempt, is remarkable

@UND_runner A PR for Zenawick on the most difficult course he has run yet -- big day for that guy.

[Richard Dafoe @Th3Runn3r]

@UND_runner @RRTFXC @MustangsTnF Solid showing from the ND boys today.

[Richard Dafoe @Th3Runn3r]

Proud of this guy.

For the first time in his career, sophomore Jake Arason was the top finisher for the Bison men's cross country team Friday. https://t.co/VdBsEXvGDT

@XCBisPatHarrier God speed.

[Richard Dafoe @Th3Runn3r]

@XCBisPatHarrier Have fun out there today, boys!

[Richard Dafoe @Th3Runn3r]

@CamronRoehl Now taking bets.

[Camron Roehl @CamronRoehl]

I'll be racing at the SDR Mile Extravaganza. Currently trying to set the over/under on number of high schoolers who will beat me.

[Richard Dafoe @Th3Runn3r]

@UND_runner *their...

[Richard Dafoe @Th3Runn3r]

@UND_runner Yikes! I've got 7 guys from 4:24 to 4:38, and there easy mileage pace starts out at 7:45 for their first mile usually and works down to around 7:00 - 7:15ish by the end. Gotta recover so we can crush on hard days.

[Richard Dafoe @Th3Runn3r]

@UND_runner It has taken time for them to understand and believe that they can get faster by going easier (when they are supposed to).

[Richard Dafoe @Th3Runn3r]

@UND_runner @UND_runner, you'll need to refresh my memory on who won the inaugural event...that was a fantastic race.

[Richard Dafoe @Th3Runn3r]

@UND_runner Would be fun to see these 10 boys line up with some collegiates on June 4 at the SDR Mile Extravaganza. https://t.co/Oc5w2CBllJ
