@yukibusterz Where I grew up in the Caribbean though, there are very few Japanese and Japanese descended people, so it's not well known. We have something similar, but we just use flour as breading. We also use barbecue sauce because katsu sauce isn't well known.

@yukibusterz It is, though it does depend on where in the english speaking world you are. Where I live now on the USA's west coast, there are a lot of Japanese and Japanese-Americans, so katsu is well known and popular.
