The Philadelphia 76ers are promoting assistant general manager Jameer Nelson to the team's Executive Vice President of Basketball Operations under new President Mike Gansey, making the Philly native and former NBA All-Star the No. 2 executive for the franchise, sources tell ESPN. 76ers assistant GM Prosper Karangwa has also agreed to a multiyear contract extension.

What a win for the #MNTwins.

They were down 6-0 in the eighth inning and scored seven unanswered runs to sweep the Royals in Kansas City.

Twins are 21-8 since starting 4-8. They're on pace for 99 wins.

Now they go home to Target Field for seven games vs. the Tigers and Royals.
