Sexual harassment in the workplace: a thread 🧵

The applicant, Mr S Louw, was employed by the Department of Correctional Services as a Grade 2 Correctional Officer, at its De Aar Correctional Centre.  He was dismissed in 2022 following a complaint of sexual harassment lodged by a fellow employee (complainant), who was also a Correctional Officer in the facility's female section.
