Yeah, you're absolutely right. First, there's absolutely no evidence in canon that Sectumsempra affects internal organs, but hey, it's fanfiction, so yeah... Second, realistically, Harry might be tormented by guilt and anguish, especially whenever he saw Malfoy.

I was so sleepy last night that I went to bed early, so I ended up rushing the ending. I didn't get to write Harry's inner struggle, or the part where they looked back on their childhood at Hogwarts and all the hardships and battles they'd been through together, and stuff like that.

I wanted those moments to show that not being able to have children wouldn't tear them apart. They'd keep fighting side by side, just like they always had, for the rest of their lives. I just didn't get around to writing all that.
