One of the bitter truth of pharma companies is that they hire only experienced (well known companies) the reason behind it is not known.
But they dont remember that experienced one was once a fresher.
Freshers are human beings, they have ability to work, they can act well.

This idea is useless as you are building the chain by putting them in the same van.
