@airindiain @KasatPuneeth Hey @airindiain customer care never answered the call nor was helpful in rescheduling the flight. My mother is traveling from SFO -DEL -HYD on Aug 9th there was a layover of 48hrs can you help me Y4HWQ is the booking reference number.

#VBM #FlyAI flying SFO>DEL>HYD on Aug2rd, before the schedule change (22nd Jul ) the transit time in Delhi was ~1.5 hrs but after the changes transit is now 2 days. Many elderly and parents with kids are impacted. Kindly Look into it

Please coordinate with some better airlines who can serve their customers better. @airindiain Work with some IT firm if you want your call routing mechanism should work atleast the basics.

If I send this in an email, I don’t think I would ever get a response, Air India is more worried about their social media platforms than taking care of customers. @airindiain

I have never seen any customer care doing that, still I cannot interpret what was the agent doing (sleeping, eating or having fun with customers)
The funniest part is sometimes when I call your esteemed Customer Service it says 1888 634 1407 invalid number.
