@DelhiAirport Thank you. Since she’s traveling on #VBM flights and has a 48 hour layover before her next transit flight, can she step out for overnight stay without having to quarantine. Because a 7 day quarantine would mean she misses her connecting flight.

@airindiain customer service is the absolute worst! Reps are clueless and rude, i.e. if we ever get connected. At this point, I plan to go to media outlets to talk about how abysmal and terribly stressful this entire process has been, with no resolution as yet.
