The reasoning I got was that they didn’t want that. They wanted both cyclists and pedestrians to use them with care.

They've lied for years, and now that DHSC is suing PPE Medpro for £122 million for unusable gowns, they've no choice because they're finally exposed.
It's only about the money & always about the money.

They profiteered while front line NHS staff suffered and people died alone.

Note 1. Doug Barrowman is also on unrelated charges of fraud in Spain.
Note 2. The UK National Crime Agency raided their homes and offices and they are under criminal investigation.
